When can i expect my order?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the workload of the carriers. Below is an estimate of the expected delivery times per region:
Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Belgium & Germany: 3-5 business days
Rest of Europe: 4-10 business days
Outside Europe: 6-10 business days
Please note that delays may occur if carriers are experiencing high demand.

What are the shipping fees?

Our shipping costs vary by country and order weight, ensuring a fair price for all our customers.

Netherlands: €6.95, priority shipping: €15.00

Europe: from €12.50, priority shipping from €20.00

International: from €20.00

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service know.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
3. Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
